No Bake Double Choc Easter Tart
Vegan | GF option
For the base:
4tbsp melted coconut oil
1 cup oats (sub with almond meal for GF option)
1.5 cup almond meal
1/2 cup sweetener of choice
1/2 cup Soma Cacao ceremonial cacao paste
In a food processor, blend all ingredients until well combined.
In a tart pan, press the mixture across the bottom and sides of the pan evenly.
For the filling:
400g can coconut cream
1/4 cup sweetener of choice
1/2 cup Soma Cacao ceremonial cacao paste
In a small saucepan, warm all ingredients and stir continuously until combined and smooth.
Pour mixture over the top of the base. Tap the sides of the tray firmly to get rid of any bubbles.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, decorate as desired and enjoy!
