Vegan Chocolate Peanut Fudge

Outrageously delicious and super simply 6 ingredient chocolate peanut fudge πŸ˜πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

These took less than 5 mins to make, and an hour to set. Unfortunately, 24 hours later they’re all gone. πŸ™πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Ingredients:
🍫 4 heaped tablespoons Soma Cacao (we use Karkar Island)
🍫 2-3 tablespoons organic coconut oil
🍫 1/4 cup sweetener (maple syrup or coconut sugar - if using the latter you might need a little more)
🍫 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
🍫 vanilla extract (we used about a teaspoon vanilla extract powder)
🍫 pinch Pink Himalayan or sea salt

Instructions:
1. Melt cacao with coconut oil using double boiler method or in 30 second increments in the microwave.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Pour into a dish.
4. Freeze for at least an hour.
5. Cut up into small pieces.
6. Share with your friends they will love you forever.
