Three Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Mousse
And yes, it really is as delicious as it looks!!
INGREDIENTS
🍫150g Soma Cacao paste
🍫80g caster sugar
🍫liquid from x1 400g can of chickpeas (aquafaba)
METHOD
Step 1. Start by slowly melting 150g Soma Cacao paste in a saucepan over low heat and leave to cool slightly
Step 2: With a stand or handheld mixer, begin to whip the aquafaba on high speed.
Step 3: As the aquafaba whips, slowly add caster sugar and continue to whip until the mixture becomes white, fluffy and forms stiff peaks.
Step 4: Whip on LOW speed while slowly pouring the melted Soma Cacao paste. Once mixture is combined and smooth, transfer to a serving glass and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Do NOT over whip or mixture may become too firm.
