Christmas Ceremonial Cacao
In my family, every year on Christmas morning, I prepare a batch of Soma Cacao. This tradition allows us to kick off the day with a soothing, heart-opening boost and a few moments of stillnessβ the perfect setup for the festivities to come.

π3 tbsp @soma.cacao
π150ml water
π3/4 cup plant based milk
π1 tbsp cashew butter
π1/4 tsp vanilla paste
π1/4 tsp sea salt
π1/2 tsp ground ginger
π1/4 tsp ground cardamom
π1/4 tsp nutmeg
π1/4 tsp ground clove
π1/2 tsp cinnamon
π1-2 tbsp coconut sugar

1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and place on a low heat.
2. Heat the cacao so itβs hot but not boiling, whisking every now and again.
3. Transfer it all to a high speed heat proof blender, or use a handheld immersion blender, and blend until smooth and creamy - about 30-40 seconds.
4. Pour into your favourite mug, sprinkle some extra cacao on top and optional rose petals.
