Avocado Super-food Pudding
This DELICIOUS and super simple "pudding" is chock-full of alllll the good stuff: complex carbohydrates (banana, flax seed), good fats (avocado, cacao, flax seed), protein (flax seed), prebiotics (banana), B vitamins (avocado, banana, cacao, flaxseed) and calcium, magnesium and iron (cacao).

(Serves 4-6).
π1/4 cup fresh blueberries + extra for garnish
π1 Tbsp cinnamon
π1 ripe avocado
π2 ripe bananas
π4 Tbsp Soma Cacao
π2 tsp pure vanilla extract
π1 Tbsp pure maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional)
π1 Tbsp ground flax seed
πPinch of sea salt, to taste (optional)
π Coconut flakes for garnish (optional - can also garnish with blueberries, slivered almonds, raspberries... whatever you like!)

Blend until smooth using a food processor, blender or nutribullet.
Chill and serve - garnishing as you like.
This will last in the fridge, covered, for 2-3 days.
